Batron's production line is designed to be traceable from cell to final product.

Our production stages:
* Cell acceptance & matching
Each cell is measured in terms of capacity, internal resistance, and voltage. * Module assembly
Cells are joined using laser welding or high-conductivity busbar systems.
* BMS integration
Our own developed or application-specific BMS systems are integrated. * Mechanical Assembly
Placed in aluminum or steel IP-protected housings.
* Safety and Quality Tests

Each battery undergoes:
